Charlie's Ramblings (47) What have I been doing?

As much as I've been wanting to post up on both blogs a bit more frequently, it seems my time gets spent either working or organizing everything else that life wants to throw at me.  It kind of seems unfair to leave My Alter Ego Charlie fairly neglected so I've come to fill in what I've been up to.

Last Saturday (9th June)  I had my very first photo shoot with my niece dressed up as a fairy.  I was lucky enough to be able to use my boss's farm which worked out really well.  I also did a few shots of my brother, my other half and the kids on the bikes while we were out there.  I'm very surprised at how well the pictures turned out.  I'm still at the very new and only up to Module 4 in my Photography course but I feel like I'm learning heaps.
I even made an attempt at doing a book cover for one of the stories I was writing.  Admittedly this is not finished yet and I still haven't gone back to fixing things up and to keep writing, but I hope I will soon get back into the swing of doing that too.  It seems I have so much I want to do; writing, photography, just creating.. but am yet to sort my time out a little better than what I'm doing now.

I am also out of sorts to a degree.  Dealing with some people these days have become increasingly difficult.  I won't name names but still I feel tired for having to try and try to keep people happy that I just feel drained without results of any type of response back.  I wish they would just give me the time of day that I make an effort for with them.  But miracles don't happen overnight so I shouldn't expect it.  It would be nice though right

So that's all from me for now..  ooh and if you are in Brisbane and doing NaNoWriMo this November make sure to get onto the site to let the Brissy coordinators know if you are going to go away for the Writer's Retreat at Stradbroke Island.  I'll be seriously considering it!!

Enjoy
